UBC's Fleet Business Centre offers professional meeting facilities on Ancells Business Park - an attractive landscaped office park based on the M3 Corridor in North Hampshire.

Our business and meeting venue is convenient for rail travel as it is just five minutes from Fleet mainline station, offering direct links to London Waterloo (journey time approximately 40 minutes).

Ample on-site parking and a communal area with Wi-Fi access make it an excellent drop-in place for business travellers too.
