Meet the Leadership Team
Richard Johnson
Managing Director
Richard has over 19 years’ experience in the serviced office industry, and joined UBC in 2008.
With UBC Richard has held the positions of Area Manager, National Operations Director and latterly Property and Acquisitions Director. Before that Richard gained significant sales and operations experience with another, larger serviced office provider. In his current role, Richard has overall responsibility for the running and growth of the business.
Jane Erasmus
Sales & Marketing Director
With over 20 years' serviced office experience, Jane - an integral and long-standing member of the UBC team - has extensive knowledge of the market with a strong sales and marketing background.
She developed the company's sales division and presence in the North of England before progressing to nationwide Sales and Marketing, and is now responsible for the National Sales Office as well as company-wide marketing and branding.
Sharon Attwood
Financial Controller
With over 30 years' experience in Finance, Sharon is a safe pair of hands to head up the finance office at UBC. Sharon joined the team in 2016 and quickly became a trusted member of the senior management team.
By evening and weekends Sharon is the secretary of a registered charity which looks after the buildings and grounds on a 37 acre park. She also volunteer sat a German Shepherd Dog Training Club.
Karen Osborne
Operations Director
Karen is a highly experienced operations professional with a strong reputation for supporting, driving and delivering growth. She first worked in the flexible workspace industry in 2002 when she joined Basepoint as a Centre Manager and progressed within the company to Regional, Systems and Operations Manager where she supported the transition following the sale to IWG (Regus) in 2017 and was then asked to take the role of Operations Director for IWG in Central London.
Karen is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of all UBC serviced office locations.
