Moved to UBC at Rutherford House, Birchwood in January 2020. It's a lovely place to work and the staff here are super friendly. Parking is good and motorways are easily accessible.

I have been a customer of UBC for 3 years, starting with their virtual office service, then part of their venture desk programme and now having my own office within their centre. The UBC Centre in Cirencester provides extremely flexible accommodation which has supported me from the initial start-up phase of my business through to expanding the business.

My company rent an office here at UBC Southampton which I have to myself, and I must say it is the best place I have worked. The office itself is fully air conditioned/heated with a good size window that opens and blinds for privacy. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for Rich and Sarah. Rich even fixed the blinds in my office and offers me cups of tea! Would highly recommend hiring some office space here.

UBC Fleet has been a great place to work for the last 4 years, the team are extremely helpful and feel like an extension of your own team. There are also other services available such as hairdressing, beauty and well-being treatments, car valet and even professional presentations on various subjects provided by other external businesses. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that UBC is a great place to work. The facilities are well managed and very clean, there is plenty of onsite parking too. If you are looking for serviced offices then UBC is definitely one to put on your short list!

Without a doubt, such a lovely place to work; working in an office by myself could have been very challenging, isolated and lonely; as it happens, I feel like I have work colleagues , nothing is too much trouble for the UBC team, and everything is done with a smile and a friendly no problem attitude. Having a fully functional/operational office without the hassle of our own IT department, popping out to the post office etc is probably most beneficial to our business, the fact that everything is supplied means I can just come in and work which pleases our Director immensely. Having centres around the country also means our Director and sales team have the opportunity to utilise their services, which is a great help with our business when working around the country.
